Course Objective;

Solid Edge Electrical and Wire Harness are add-on modules for automating the creation of electrical drawings and assemblies. This course takes the user through the basics of Schematic Creation through to Harness Drawings then onto the MCAD to automatically create cable routing.  We will also look at the placement and assignment of terminals or connectors and the placement and management of conductors within the harness design.. The final part of the course deals with the publication or reports, BOM and integration back into the ECAD system.

Who's it for?

The Solid Edge Electrical and Wire Harness course is aimed at beginners to Wire Harness and aims to take them from novice to competent user. This course is not suitable for experienced users of vesys 2.0 or Solid Edge Wire Harness.
