It was great to see so many of our customers at the Seco Innovation days and overall there were around 600 visitors over the 2 days. As always Seco ran a great event with a range of informative industry specific seminars throughout both days, while at the same time filling their production facility with technology partners, enabling visitors to see the latest machine shop technology and innovations all under one roof.
Talking to many of the visitors, there is a high level of positive energy and enthusiasm within the manufacturing community and we are hearing the same when we visit our customers. With Brexit and other uncertainties all around us, it great to see the large number of manufacturing companies that are seeing growth and looking at opportunities. I am sure, that as in other years visitors have come away from the Seco innovation event armed with new ideas to improve productivity, quality and reduce cost. Making the time spent at the event a very worthwhile investment.
INSPIRATION THROUGH INNOVATION
Inspiration through Innovation is an annual event held by Seco Tools at their state-of-the-art Technology Centre in Alcester, Warwickshire. The objective is to be an inspiring and practical event that is truly customer focused and to demonstrate unequivocally to visitors the improvements in productivity, performance and reducing waste that can be achieved by collaboration, sharing best practice and working in partnership.
