The customer portal supports two user profiles; Portal Administrator User and Portal User. The Portal Administrator will have access to view all support cases logged under their company credentials, whereas a Portal User is only able to view their specific cases.
At OnePLM, we make use of Webex application-sharing software in order to benefit you and our engineers. We will send you an invite for our engineer to solve your problem remotely, as well as guide you through a solution when necessary.
